Key Requirements:

• Experience: 6-12 years in the industry.
• Project Work: 5 years of hands-on experience supporting networking infrastructure, particularly with Cisco, and preferably Fortinet networks.
• Customer Service: Well-developed customer service skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Communication: Sound communication skills, encompassing verbal, written, and reporting abilities.
• Network Infrastructure Architecture: Demonstrated experience from conceptualization to physical and logical design.
• Dual-Stack Networks: Proficiency in managing and optimizing dual-stack environments and routing protocols.
• Networking Technologies: Understanding of LAN, WAN, and wireless networking technologies to support infrastructure solutions and designs, including associated components and protocol requirements.
• SD-WAN: Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, specifically Fortinet.
• Advantageous Experience:
  • Network Security and Firewalling: Proven background in securing network infrastructures.
  • DC Storage Networking: Knowledge and experience in storage networking within data center environments.
