Ergon, a leading staffing services company, is excited to welcome an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to our team. This is a permanent position with immediate availability, working across various industries, including Mining, Resource, and Government sectors.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and serving as the first escalation point for operational delivery activities.
  • Project Control: Develop and maintain project control artifacts, including Project Statement, Project Execution Plan, Project Schedule, Work Packages, Project Register, Project Variation Request, and Project Closure Report.
  • Status Updates: Provide regular updates on project status to internal and external stakeholders, escalating issues or risks as needed.
  • Financial Management: Manage project profit and loss, approve timesheets, purchase requests, expense claims, and invoices. Accurately forecast revenue per project per month.
  • Transition to Operations: Ensure the seamless transition to operations as per agreed scope.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Prepare for and facilitate various meetings and workshops, including project kick-off, deliverable reviews, steering committees, and lessons learned workshops.
  • Resource Management: Participate in the resource management process, including resource allocation, accurate weekly resource forecasts, and requesting resources for assigned projects.
