About the role:

We are looking for qualified, skilled, and experienced heavy duty diesel fitter that can maintain and repair diesel powered equipment and earth moving machinery. The successful candidate will be responsible to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Conducting routine-maintenance tasks, repairing, and/or replacing faulty parts, and ensuring that all vehicles and equipment/machinery meet safety standards and regulations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of heavy-duty diesel-powered equipment, helping to keep the project running smoothly and safely.

Qualifications and key requirements:

  • Heavy Mechanical Trade – Mobile Plant Preferred.
  • Construction Card essential.
  • Current drivers licence – C class minimum, HR preferred.
  • Desirable would be a HRWL and an Air Con Ticket.
