About the Role

Ergon is seeking experienced Civil Excavator Operators with expertise in Pipeline Construction and/or Maintenance for a FIFO role based out of Perth. We need self-motivated, reliable, and safety-focused individuals to join our team on remote project sites, contributing to major infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate excavators for tasks like trenching and grading in pipeline projects.

• Perform equipment checks and maintenance to ensure safe operation.

• Follow site plans and collaborate with supervisors and team members.

• Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

• Maintain accurate work records and report hazards promptly.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to work in challenging conditions.

• Following Instructions: Follow supervisor directions accurately.

• Punctuality: Reliable and punctual across various locations.

• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safety regulations and hazard identification.

• Attention to Detail: High-quality work with precision.

• Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s Licence (HR).

• Current Excavator Ticket.

• White Card.

• First Aid and CPR certification.

Desirable Qualifications

• Rigging/Dogging ticket.

• Crane ticket.
