About the Role: Benang is currently seeking a talented and experienced project administrator to join our gas team. As a Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless scheduling of work and teams, keeping projects on track and well-coordinated. Your proficiency in Excel, Word, and other essential software will be key to maintaining accurate records and reports. Experience in the implementation of IT systems will be highly regarded, as we continuously seek to improve processes and efficiency. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive client relationships will be essential, as you collaborate with various stakeholders to support the successful delivery of projects. Key requirements:

  • Scheduling and Coordination – Ability to efficiently schedule work and teams to meet project deadlines.
  • Technical Proficiency – Competent in Excel, Word, and other relevant software for documentation and reporting.
  • IT Systems Knowledge – Experience in the implementation of IT systems is highly regarded.
  • Communication Skills – Strong ability to convey information clearly and develop positive client relationships.
  • Organizational Skills – Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking abilities to manage various project tasks.
